Our company was established in 2020. Since then, we have been successfully operating in the global market for BIM design and construction management services.
Along with the growth in the number of projects, we opened several offices: in Tallinn (Estonia), Warsaw and Gdansk (Poland), Sweden (Stockholm), and Dublin (Ireland).

Lean Construction
The company supports the modern process of construction projects implementation based on LEAN CONSTRUCTION: “Just in time” and with the “Lowest costs”.
We have experience with local EN 1990-1995 Eurocodes across the world and work to EU standards (National Annex, BFS 2015:06, EKS-11, general notes, etc.).

Our specialists successfully use tools for information modeling (BIM), project management and planning based on the various software products:

Establishment of PMtech Engineering Ltd with representation in Ireland (Dublin) to develop IT-software projects for the construction industry, automation tools.
MARCH 2022
PMtech Engineering OÜ was established in Estonia to provide structural design and MEP/HVAC BIM design services to the Baltic and Scandinavian regions
