The objective of this project was to develop BIM and BEP strategy for successful BIM Project execution for operation and maintenance phases.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A 3D model was developed based on 2D drawings, the attributes of the 3d elements. Analysis of clashes and specifications was carried out, clashes reports were generated in order to find optimal solutions for the choice of materials, their properties, characteristics of reinforced concrete and metal structures.

In fact, the development of the BIM model “As designed” is an effective solution for translation from paper or outdated types of data, since, during the transition to a three-dimensional model, significant errors and clashes are identified and corrected. A technically correct BIM data allows you to efficiently and competently allocate the budget for the construction, re-design and operation of a building or structure.
