PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The main objectives of the project “Construction of gas cleaning furnaces for roasting expanded clay” were to improve the environmental situation in the region, the ecology of the production, reduce the loss of expanded clay gravel during the production, as well as reduce the amount of dust scattered into the atmosphere.
Structural design scope: steel structures detailing, process design solutions of expanded clay furnaces, electrical and automation systems, technical specifications design.
Execution of the functions of the general contractor. Environmental expertise, design expertise, construction supervision.

The project was awarded “Best Industrial Project” of the Tekla BIM Awards 2020 for developing effective design solutions and a professional approach.
